I'm a professional writer who works at home. I enjoy walking in the woods every day for inspiration and mental health. Otherwise, the only physical exercise I've ever enjoyed was moderate weight training when I was younger. I will incorporate light weights with a vigorous routine to work up a sweat. I have a set of dumbbells.
Goals and motivation
I need to lose weight and stabilize blood sugar. However, I need to motivate myself using a combined cardio and weight workout. I don't enjoy cardio by itself and have never been able to stick with it. I would enjoy toning my muscle up again, so I want to use that as motivation. I'd like to combine workouts with walking a mile or so a few times a week.
