Finding motivation

Didn't work out this morning, too tired and too much to do to get ready for work.  I need a way to motivate myself and feel more energetic.  It's hard to focus on myself with so much going on right now.  Hoping that after the graduation party I won't feel as stressed and overwhelmed.

    Thanks. It's so easy to lose track of myself with everything going on but I will follow your advise and do what is best for me.

    Find your happy place! Stress can add on the pounds, too, so don't overwhelm yourself with this party. If you can't work out, concentrate on eating right. Stay away from those bad carbs that I KNOW will be at this party! lol Once it's done and over with, be consistent with your workout. The harder you work, the more you'll lose! Good luck!
