Okay, another twelve week fitness challenge is over... bring on the beer and hotdogs... ha!
Anyhoo.. here's how the numbers shaped up. The first numbers are from January 21/05, the second from March 2nd and the last from April 15th.
BP: 102/160 - 112/60 - 110/68
HR: 88 - 100 - 76
Weight: 194lbs - 192lbs - 192lbs
BMI: 27.2166 - 26.9360 - 26.9360
Waist: 90cm - 89cm - 88cm
Tricep: 9.mm - 10.5mm - 9.9mm
Bicep: 7.4mm - 7.2mm - 7mm
Subscapular(back): 19.8mm - 18.3mm - 13.1mm
Iliac Crest(side): 19.4mm - 19.5mm - 16.2mm
Medial Calf: 8.2mm - 6.5mm - 7.2mm
Grip Strength: R(56) L(52) - R(65) L(60) - R(67) L(62)
Flexibility: 31cm - 32cm - 34cm
Overall, based on what they were looking for in the challenge, my final numbers ranged from VERY GOOD with the flexibility to Excellent in the body comp rating, grip, push ups and ab curls.
The flexibility went from a GOOD to VERY GOOD.
I find it kind of funny because the last week I was more or less with the attitude "let's get this thing done." But seeing these numbers I'm in a better mood about what I've done.
