Figuring out what to do next

16 July: I think while i get my new routine figured out, i'll just randomly post. Full body stretch, 3 sets (25 count) squats, calf raises and crunches. Was running around alot Saturday and left knee has been sore since. Decided I will go with Green Tea as a start as far as "weight loss suppliment" goes. Been a long time since I did Ripped fuel or Hydroxicut so, i will start small and simple. Looking forward to getting back into the FULL groove of things. EXPECT CHANGE, EXPECT RESULTS!

    20July: Back to the coffee today. Full stretch. one set (20 rep) all around. Noticed that if i take the green tea pills closer to coming home, i have more energy, BUT im also "snacky". If i take it before lunch (@1100) i'm not as tired (without it) but i'm not "pigging out at home. Its all about fine tuning things. EXPECT RESULTS!

    19 July: only got in one 25 rep set on upper body excercises. Little sleepy (trying no coffee today)

    18 July (pt2): Got in a few laps of the stairs. Got home frm work and did 2 more sets (25 reps) of calf raise, side leg lift, squats and crunches,

    18 July: (yesterday) Took 2 capsules @800 and 2 @noon. Not too bad. wasnt "AS" tired when i got home from work. (today) Did 2 sets (25 count) calf raises, squats, side leg lifts and crunches. Gonna get some time in on the stairs today.

    17 July: Got 2 sets (20 reps) of overhead press, shoulder lifts, bicep curls, tricep press, bent-over rows, and crunches. I am starting the green tea capsules today. Start off with only morning and afternoon untill i get adjusted to the extra caffeine in my day-to-day. EXPECT CHANGE, EXPECT RESULTS!
