so i was watching videos of ppls weight loss journeys. One girl caught my attention because what i was seeing was me!. she looked exactly like me(well not exactly, but body shape and all.) she was telling  her story and begin to talk about skin problems she had been having. she showed pictures of dark discolorations on her cheeks, under her earlobes and on her neck. I was in awe. Because i have these same marks. i didnt kno it was because of soda and other unhealthy things. i feel so bad, that I did this to myself.(me!!) so many things she said in video about her unhealthy lifestyle was like identical to mines. God help me thru this journey. I want this now more than ever.
