Feeling great today!

I feel 100% better today than I did yesterday! Had some physio on my lower back yesterday and got a good nights sleep, so woke up feeling ready for the day. I had a PT session today and it was one hell of a workout!! Circuit routine today, but a bit different than usual...I was soaked by the end of it, but felt great! Here's how it went-or what I can remember, we were moving so fast after a while I just did what I was told:
--5min warmup on Ellip
--Sumo Squats on leg press: 20 warmup then 15*90/12*140/12*150
--bike for 2min
--walking lunges 2/leg // bike 2 min// lunge 3/leg (these were much tougher than doing my regular lunges even without weight)
--2min on bike
--wd lat pull downs//hammer chest press//abs: circuit 2X
--2min on bike
--incline db chest press 12*15lbs//BO rows 12*30//incline twist crunches//decline leg lifts: circuit 2X
--2min on bike
--lat push downs//dbl flies 5lb//V-situps: circuit 2X
--5min cooldown on bike followed by stretching

Phew....what a workout and all that in just 1hour.
