Expect change: Week 9

2July: 278lbs. I know, I know. Took a week off from weighing myself and I'm at the same weight i was at 2 weeks ago.I know i can do better. Started adding 1 minute jog times into my walk. Did two during my 30 minutes this morning and not feeling too bad. did a set of 25 count crunches, a set of 20 count calf raises along with a 20 count set of squats. I've gotten to the point where working out every morning is routine now. Time to step up to another level.

    Kept it light at 20 minutes this morning. Was up and down ladders and spending time in the attic. I say it was not a fair trade off. Its hot in the summer,lol.

    Welp. off from work, kids been up with me since the crack of dawn, it took ALL day to get a complete work-out in but i finally completed 2 sets of my home work-out routine. That plus all the house work, i think im good for the day,lol.

    The 4th! Got in a 40 min walk this morning. Finished it off with a (10 count) set of squats, calf raises and straight leg dead lifts. Whew. Happy Independence Day.

    Full body work-out followed by 2 sets (20 count) on calf raises, squats, superman, glute bridge, straight leg dead-lift, and crunches. WHEW! What a day!!! Feeling great!
