Expect change: Day2

Just day 2 into it, and i'm really feeling how far i let myself go. (Tired at 10 push-up set) Oh well, i know its gonna get better.

    Yes stick with it!! I am on my 2nd week here and today was legs...last tuesday when I had legs after the workout I couldn't bend my legs without shaking..Today was soo much better and I even did more..BUT without the shakes..My legs feel better and I am learning to train the mind as well as the body! Change will come if we stick with it!
