Ive been doin pretty good with going to the gym 2-3x week. I LOVE HOW I FEEL AFTERWARDS!!! Still not doing as well as i could be with snacking throughout the day although ive cut my portions down significantly :0( Today i weighed myself and im down to 290.5 yay :0) So excited about this journey!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    YAY!! One step at a time friend! Getting to the gym consistantly along with reducing portions are fantastic accomplishments. Relish in them, once you have mastered them, move on to the snacking. Small changes over time are the way to make a lifestyle change that you will stick with. So often I see people go all out, cut out everything, start some crazy 6 day a week "balls to the wall" exercise regimen...and its fantastic for about 2 weeks! Then they crash, become overwhelmed, disappointed and quit. You are doing all the right things. Such a great inspiration! I look foward to sharing in your journey!
