Goals and motivation

originally my goal weight was 175 by 1/1/2013 but i have revised this to improve my chances of succeeding. NEW GOAL WEIGHT: 240lbs by 1/1/2013 :0)

    been 14 days without pop/sweets/added sugar and im 7.5lbs down as of 4 days ago. I now weigh in mons and thurs only so lets see what tomorrow brings :0)

I cant bring myself to get on the scale, the last time I weighed myself was in the middle of december...took my measurements last week, will check'em again in a few weeks. What kind of workout r u doing? Your commitment is inspiring!

    weight as of today is 293. although i have only lost 4 lbs this month my clothes feel alot looser :)

    today is weigh-in day and unfortunately i must report my weight as 294 which is an increase this week of .5lbs. It dont got me down tho as i am aware of what caused this weight gain, this thing called german choc cake that i ate way too much of! so i did some research and have decided that instead of baking a whole cake at once im going to bake half and freeze the other half of the dough since a baked cake sitting on my counter calls my name over and over! next week there will be some weightloss :0)
