end of week 5

Trying to push the limits and now my lower back is sore.  My bad, I should have known better than to push that hard.  I was trying to do a one leg 360lb leg press and put pressure on my lower back..... BAD ME!!!!

Anyhow I am up to 162lbs, looking a lot better.  Starting to finally notice the difference in my abs but nothing yet in my obliques.  Those just take forever i swear sometimes.   Chest definition is coming along nicely, as well as my triceps.  Legs, they look normal until you tighten the muscle.  Then you see all the definition in my calves and quads.  Still going strong and the weight balance of free weights and elastic bands feels little in difference.  I will say though that the bands have increased my curl weight, I started with only being able to curl 20lbs (if that tells you how out of shape I was) to 43bls.  I want to get up to 50lb curls in two weeks, but we will take our time. 

Preacher curls still sitting with 85lbs as my comfort max.  Bench press at 120 (still no where I need to be, but my shoulders say hi so I am easy on it)
Leg press at 405lbs, Lat pulls at 105, upper back rows 115lbs, hip flexors (press / pulls) 80 / 60lbs.  Calf raise isolated 180lbs.

From the looks of that I suffer in the upper chest back and triceps, however my legs are in good shape.  They just need to be toned and tightended with some work on the hip flexors.  Maybe do some power lundges and leapfrogs to tighten them up next week.
