Eating well (I think) but feel like I am gaining weight

Why is it that when I eat really well I still feel bloated and disgusting, can't figure it out. I did eat dinner late last night, like 8:30 PM but just ate a salad w/ grilled fish and then a weight watchers desert...will be doing HIIT's today w/ an additional 30 minutes of cardio and then lifting.

    10 minute warmup 70% heart rate Pull downs: 70 lbs 2/15; 80 lbs 2/10 reverse grib cable pulls: 60 lbs 4/15 Seated cable rows: 60 lbs 2/15; 70 lbs 2/10 20 minute sprints: 1 minute 10 minute miles, 1 minute 9 minute miles, 1 minute 8 minute miles, 2 minutes 8.5 minute miles... 1 - 1.5 minute sprints at 6 - 7 minute miles w/ a 1 - 1.5 minute cool down for 15 minutes breakfast:1/2 cup oatmeal, 2 small packets raisins, 1 tsp brown sugar am snack: salad w/ 1 serving veggie crumbles, 4 figs pm snack: same as above but 3 figs

    I don't drink but my wife does. Just 1 or 2 glasses in a night seems to affect how she feels the next day. Why not skip the wine for 3 or 4 workout days and see what happens?
