Early morning workout today....Wts

Went to the gym early this morning, so I can go out for lunch with a friend.

I am very tired today, going thru a sleep deprevation stretch );

Did a full body routine, compound moves-legs/back.

4min on TM
BB squats 12X45(bar)/12X95/10X115
leg curls 12X50/12X60/12X65
asst pull ups 12X90/10X80/6X70 65/75/85lb (couldn't squeeze out any more!)
wide lat pd's 12X50/12X60/10X70
seated row 12X50/12X60/12X70

And that was it for today...

Running tomorrow...rest with lots of sleep on Sunday.
