Early morning workout today

I am taking the afternoon off today to get ready for my "book club" being held at my house this evening, so I decided to get my workout done before work this morning. I went to the gym (bonus that there was barely anyone there!) and did basically a full body routine, but kept things relatively light.

--5min on treadmill at 3.8 with last 3min at incline of 3
--3 sets walking lunges/2nd set with body bar and twist at bottom of lunge/3rd set with body bar and lifted bar at bottom of lunge (1st time using the body bar for lunges, it was an interesting change so I'll add these to the routine..especially the lifting one)
--Barbell squats 15X45/12X95/12X95/12X95
--SL DL/s 12X45/12X65/10X85/8X105
--Wide lat pull downs 12X60/12X70/12X70
--HS flat bench press 12X36/12X46/12X6
--ab bridging 2 X 1min
--ab crunches
stretch to cool down

Need to keep an eye on my shoulder as my tendonitis is acting up again. Happens whenever I start to up the weight on chest work ):

Nutrition
1% yogurt/berries (pre workout)
Jugo Juice protien Smoothie (post workout)
Chicken& salad for lunch
Cottage cheese/mango
Dinner will be healthy snacks I serve at the book club party
Wine--in moderation (;

Other Activities
golf lesson later today
5km run on Sat
9 holes of golf on Sunday
