Well, my twelve week fitness challenge is over... some good numbers!

The start date was September 22nd, midpoint was (October 8th) and final was

Blood Pressure: 100/70 (106/70)
Heart Rate: 84 (76)
Weight: 199lbs (200)
BMI: 27.3079 (27.4451)
Waist (cm): 93 (91)
Tricep (mm): 13.2 (12.6)
Bicep (mm): 7.2 (7.2)
Subscap (back - mm): 196. (14.4)
Iliac Crest (side - mm): 21 (18.4)
Medial Calf (mm): 7.6 (7.4)
Flexibility (cm): 31.5 (34.5)
Push ups: 27 (27)
Ab Curls: 25 (25)

This felt pretty good... my goal on the pushups was 30... whew.. they are tough... the grip is shoulder width and as many as you can do in a row. The amount of ab curls I can do was the most you can do in the one minute you are given. They use a metronome for the up/down.

Felt good to get this done... now bring on the butter tarts and shortbread.
