Final workout before the fitness evaluation on Wednesday...
Warm up - 11 minutes on eliptical
Tricep Rope Pull Downs: 17.5kg x 10/22.5kgx10
Preacher Curls: 35lbsx10/45lbsx10
Seated Row: 10platesx10/11platesx10
Lat Pull Downs: 10platesx10/10platesx10
Inverted Leg Squat: 240lbsx10/240lbsx10
Ball Rolls: 15x2
Chest Press: 9platesx10/10platesx10
Smith Incline: 84lbsx10/89lbsx10 (found my lower back going up on the last rep)
Shoulder Press: 10platesx10/10platesx10 (haven't done these in a while as I had a sore shoulder... lowered the weight... seemed fine...)
Leg Raises: 15x2
Planking: 2x10 legs side to side
