Bicycles: 3x10

OH BB Press: 45/55/65/70/75x5
BO BB Rows: 60/70/80/100/120x5
Front Squats: 45/50/60/70/85x5
EZ Bar 21's: 30lbsx3
Ball Curls: 3x10

Thoughts: Did some stretching afterwards. Added weight to the OH Press accidentally. Thought I'd grabbed a different weight. Upped the Front Squats, too.

Experiencing some DOMS from Saturday's Deadlifts. It's all good.
