Do as Charlies does! - Legs

So, I'm going to start documenting my workouts like CharlieMV does.  He says it helps him stay motivated, plus he can always look back and see how far he's come.  :)

6/21/12

Cardio - Treadmill - 10 incline - 3.5 speed - 1 hour

Leg Press - 140lbs. - 3x15  (When I first started working out I was at 70lbs!)

Calf Raise - 120lbs. - 1x20 - 1x16 - 1x14

Hip Adduction (Inner thigh machine) - 115lbs - 3x15

Hip Abduction (outer thigh machine) - 115lbs - 3x15

Legs, by far, is my favorite thing to workout since it's the strongest muscle I have.  :)  Today's workout will be triceps and biceps, which means I'll be taking a long bath with episom salt later today.

    I love seeing my name up in lights :~D You're going to impress yourself if you keep this up. The best motivation comes from within. Take a look at my log today. Sometimes it's not just a workout. I love that part.
