Dirty Vegas Leg day

Warm-up 7 minutes step aerobics

Barbell lunges 45lbs/15 reps, 65/15, 85/12, 105/8

superset with bootstrappers 50, 50, 50 (yes, I did all three sets of 50!!! I ROCK!)

Squats 105/15, 145/10, 150/9

Seated leg curl, one leg, 25/15, 30/12, 35/8

Seated calf raise 100/12, 100/10, 100/10

So humid today the floor feels slippery and my feet kept slipping off the calf raise machine...

Really good workout, stretched out, pwo shake, re-loading my creatine.. Major achievement with the bootstrappers, and my knees aren't sore (ummm, yet).
