Did back and Bi on monday

Chins 2 sets using assisted chin machine
Bent rows 135x10 185x10 225x10 235x10 245x8 255x6
Deadlifts 225x10 275x10 315x5
Lat pull downs 105x10 135x6 (see high lights)

barbell curls 95x10 105x8 115x6 75x8 65x10
Alt DB curls 30x10 35x10 40x10 45x8
Preacher bench Db curls 25x10 30x10

Highlights: First workout at the New Y. Went well, their cable system seems to be "Heavier" than my last gym. Last time I did Lat pulldowns I hit 200 for an easy 6. Here 135 was tough.
Lowlights: Do not know what caused it but the last few days from monday my left arm by the elbow is very painfull. Today (thursday) it seems to be fine. I am going to the Y tonight, chest and tri are up will see how that makes it feel.
