DE Squats

Did Box squats, SLDL and Speed DL.
I worked up to 5 sets of 225x3 for the box squats.
I did 5x3 sets of 275 for the speed DL

What I want to write here is that I am going to try something new. I have a friend that is helping me set up to try avoid weight loss surgery. That said here is what happened at the Y

I go to use the Rack that most Holy place in a gym. A 14 yr old kid is doing forearm curls in it. I ask him to move he does. LOL I think I scared him a bit. Then after like 3 warmup sets I start to actually move up the weight....remember that I have not done these in months....I put 185 on the bar and as i turned back to grab a drink this guy comes over steps over the bench I am using as my box. Now let me just say that I have seen this fool in there a lot. He does a modified shrug/hammer curl with 60lb DB. Obviously he can not do either and is totaly wasting his time there. Any way he stands in the rack looking at the bar. Now he watched me add the weight to it! He then asks: you using this? pointing to the bar. I nod and he walks away to grab the fixed barbells. He does one total body curl with 80lbs then walks away. I am totaly laughing so hard I had to stop for a bit!
