DB Curls 40x10 45x10 50x6

Highlights: I did two full days of workouts. This was done Thursday 22nd. I felt very good about it as both sq and Dl were strong and tight and fast. I also got to use my new MP3 player and it rocked!

Lowlights: I was so very sore with DOMS all weekend. I mean I was finding it hard to walk period!
