DE Bench.........TA DA MUTT IS BACK!!!!!!!!

Speed bench 135x10 155x10 185x3x8
Bent rows 135x10 155x10 165x10 175x10
Face pulls 30x10 60x10 70x10
Kickbacks 30x10 35x10 40x10
Pressdowns 110x10 140x10 170x10
3 sets of assisted dips, 4 reps each.
Highlights: Felt so freaking good! Speed bench was great although I had to share the bench. It was also very good assistance muscle groups as well. Next time I will hit shoulders too place was packed....will for sure hit them on ME day!
Lowlights: The next mofo that curls 45lb barbell curls in the rack gets tossed across the room! I mean really! Then when i got to the rack to do my rows so woman stand 8 inches (for real 8 damm inches) to do nice shiny chrome DB raises for a half hour! Then when i walk around her to load the bar sniffs at me gives me a look amd moves away! Let me tell you I was tempeted to toss her across the room! (not really but you get the idea).
