DE bench

WEll kind of I have been doing speed bench for so many weeks I gave it a rest. I did sets of 5 till I could only get 3 reps here is what happened:
135x10 185x5 225x5 235x5 245x5 255x5 265x3 275x2.5(lol)
rest pause 135x20 185x5
Standing SH press 95x10 105x8 115x6 125x6 135x6
Shrugs 275x10 315x10 405x10 495x8 585x8
Kickbacks (did these cause elbows very tender)
30x10 35x10 40x10
Pressdowns 150x10 170x8

Highlights: Felt good to do more reps on bench. Fetl very strong and only used a spotter for the 275 set. I got 2 full reps all by myself then on the way down knew it was going to crash so i stopped half way and locked it out.

Lowlights: Failed to get the thrid rep at 275.
