...Day4/30...Hot Yoga / Fencing

My plan is to do yoga over the lunch hour and then I have my Fencing class this evening. I get to try out all my new equipment, even have my own sword, mask and jacket now! Diet is going well, but only 4 days in, it'll be the weekend that's the challenge and I just found out we're having my brother-in-law stay with us over the weekend.

Nutrition:
Vit./fish oil/calcium
kashi crunch cereal/2%milk/berries (ran out of eggs/cc/yogurt/sk milk--got to get groceries!)
green apple/cheese
Greek chicken/feta/salad w NF dressing (salad from groc. store)
green apple/prot supp
Probably chicken/coleslaw for dinner
almonds for late snack

Activities:
1hr Hot Yoga
1.5 hr Fencing
