Day Two of quest to 14%

Well I had planned to go tonight to do Chest, Triceps, and Legs...but I fear that ugly gout is striking at me. As last night drew on say from 5pm or so, my left ankle and foot got progressivly tender till by 830pm I could hardly walk. With the meds from the doc and aleve it seems to be better right now. What that means is that I have to decide if 1. I can mow the grass when i gethome(as that is a requirment for me being able to leave at 7pm for the gym). 2. And if I do go do I try to hit legs or do chest and tri and leave it at that? Arrggggg! I ws so looking forward to really jump starting my training again!.....Well will update later tonight.

    I encourage you to do something towards your training everyday even if it is to lift a can of soup. I am new and would like to believe anything is possible with the right mindset.

    Come On Mutt.... Mow...Chest & Tri's; whether it one set, one rep, with one pound..Make the trip man!!! You may get the mindset to do legs; maybe not...Make the trip. Had to say what I felt; your postings have inspired me to lift; whether I felt like it or not...
