Dumbbell curls 30x10 35x10
dumbbell preacher curls 20x10 25x8
Highlights: Deadlifts are back!!! Man I loved it. Not a good weight for me but I am taking it easy for a week or two.
Lowlights; none really lack of equipment is all but I have worked a few things out!
