Day One/Week One of FT Challenge....let the games begin!!!
So it starts! I'm drinking copious amounts of water and thus spending copious amounts of time in the bathroom at work! I'm logging my food intake on Fitday.com and I just got back from Amy's Tuesday wt workout which focused on arms and chest. I'll be cursing her tonight during my swimming for sure!!!
Diet:
egg subst + peameal bacon
1 scoop protien+water+oatmeal (interesting)
Workout
Physio
chicken breast/brown+wild rice/squash + pear
1 scoop protien (24g prot)
Turkey and fibrous veggies+ sweet potatoe
Swim (9pm)
1 scoop protien + skim milk
Workout:
3X10 pushups (warmup) + arm circles
incline db press 8lb 3X12
incline db flies 8lb 3X12
pec dec 35/40/45lb 3X10
SS 3X12 tri kickbacks (8lb/12lb/8lb)//db press(flat bench) 8lb/12lb/12lb)
Tri push downs 3X12X50lb
shoulder presses using body bar 3X12 (technically I'm not really supposed to do anything overhead, but these worked well for me)
1hr swim + 20min dry land training
This was a great upper body workout. It's been a long time since I really focussed on shoulders and chest. I'm going to feel this tomorrow for sure! It'll also make tonights swimming a challenge. But it's all good. My neck is 95% better--yippy!!
