DB Incline Presses: 10x15lbs/10x20lbs/8x30lbs/6x40lbs
DB Flat Bench Presses: 10x15lbs/10x20lbs/8x30lbs/6x40lbs
Front DB Raises: 10x8lbs/10x10lbs/8x15lbs/4x20lbs
Machine Presses: 10x8p/10x10p/8x12p/6x14p
Standing Lat Raises: 10x8lbs/10x10lbs/8x12lbs/8x15lbs
Skullcrushers: 10x30lbs/10x35lbs/8x45lbs/7x65lbs
Rope Pulldowns: 10x10.5kg/8x12.5kg/6x15.5kg/4x17.5kg
Hanging Oblique Tucks: 10/10
Ball Crunches: 10/10

Felt good today... continue to work the Front DB Raises with those weights till I get 'em all... I stopped as I was losing some form. Liked the weight on the Machine Presses... use it for a bit more, then up... it was a challenge.
