DAY ONE

So this is going to be my venting spot for me working out and being on my weight loss journey. So let me start off by introducing myself...My name is Razia, but people call me Raz for short. So let me say that I have been on a weight loss journey since 06/01/16 and this is my second time. My first time in trying to lose weight started in 01/01/14 and I did very well. I had gotten a personal trained and lost a total of over 50 pounds, 17 pounds of body fat, and about 4 inches all over my body. Then life happened and when it got bad it got really bad and in the end I gained all my weight back and then some. I started feeling completely misarable again and realized that I needed to get control of my health again so I decied to once again join a gym, get a trainer, and get control of my life once again. Well fast forward to June and I had started a clense to clean out my system, got a trainer, and started working out again. Although the trainer I had was great, with my work sechdule and her client list it became difficult and I decieded I needed to find a new trainer. Well I found one, but we don't start until January of 2017 and in the mean time I have been doing everything on my own through the knowledge and research I have done on my own. I decided to join here to help with my workouts and also maybe join a community of people that understand what its like to be on a weight loss journey.
