..Day 8/30...Pick up and brush off from disasterous weekend...
Can't say I was very good this weekend. Too much beer and greasy food!! But I feel like it was like smoking that last pack of cigarettes all at once. I am officially ready to get my $hit together! My hubby is away for the next couple of weeks, so it will give me a chance to really kick start this diet. I am also cutting cheese and nuts from my diet because, although they are healthy, I tend to over snack on them.
Todays workout:
5min on ellip
HS squats 12X25/12X95/12X115/12X125
leg ext: 5X5 50lbs
leg curls: 5X5 50lbs
asst pullups: 5X5 90lbs(~70lbs actual lift)
HS bench: 5X5 46lbs
cable row: 5X5 60lb
tri kick backs: 12X10lb/10X15lb/8X20lb
hammer curls: 12X15lbs/10X15/8X15 (single arm)
wide lat pd: 5X5 60lbs
back ext: 12/12/12X5lbs
stretch to cool down
arms felt really pumped after this workout!
Nutrition:
egg substitute with salsa / plum
apple/cheese (last day for cheese)
chicken/feta/ salad with FF dressing
almonds (last day for almonds)
oatmeal/van. protien blend
chicken/veggies/br rice
Other activities:
1hr pilates class.
