Day 6 mass

Shoulders and legs
Barbell sh press 135x8 145x9 155x8 (for some reason the bar kept drifting on me and hitting the pegs on the rack)
Lat raises 30x10 35x10 40x10
Rear raises 25x10 30x10 35x10
shrugs 225x10 275x10 315x10 365x10 405x10 455x9

squats 135x7 185x10 225x10 245x8 255x8 275x3
plate loaded Hamstring curls 90x10 100x10 125x8
Leg ext 100x10 120x10 130x10

Highlights Shoulders are really starting to come out with mote size and definiton. Really feeling the shoulder press finally. Form for lat raises remains good will try for more reps.
Squats are coming along nicely. see lowlights

Lowlights Fell short of my 8 rep goal for 275 on the squats. Need to remember to eat something before i go.

    Well your last set that I saw was 245x6 so it is close....but I am still working back into it after all I have only been back a month to real training. my last best set was 305x6...I am close to that now but you are nipping at my heels!!!

    OK I am glad you understand the 1 rep max...but then what were you referring to? I workout at that weight to increase my one rep max...not sure of your meaning.

    Muttersnapper, I understand the 1 rep max but workout alone at home and I am afraid to do one without a spotter. Keep uppin 'em I'm trying to follow.
