Day 6

So Day 6  of the workout and I'm not feeling super motivated because I have a lot of other things to do today - but I'm not going to let being busy be an excuse anymore. Day 3 was a break day - I wanted to work out but didn't because I know I need to rest some days too. I actually missed Day 4 because I saw an old friend and then adopted a cat - which is proving to be rather distracting. I did do my workout on Day 5 but it wasn't really a full effort. So Day 6 here and I'm going to make this a good one. I may not be motivated right now but I know that when I start seeing results I will be - just have to get over the hardest part - working your butt off and not seeing any changes immediately.

    It's always the first few weeks that are the hardest mentally as the results are not really there. Stick with it and your body will start to respond and the weight will come off. Keep it up!
