Day 45 of 90

Well I've hit half way. (Sorry, I've been counting the days wrong in my previous flogs!!)

So returned from a 10 day cruise a couple of days ago. While I watched what I ate, I did allow some treats, drank beer and did no exercise other than walking the ship many time and taking the stairs rather than the lift.

Weigh in today. 99.3kg. So I am 0.6kg less than my pre cruise weight - I'm very happy with the results.

Steaming into the week ahead!

    Hi Chris, We are following the Michelle Bridges 12 week challenge. She is a trainer from the Australian Biggest Looser show. Really easy as Weekly they supply a meal plan for the week incl a shopping list. Training wise I am just cycling to and from work which is about 45-50min in total and about 18km. I would recommend the program. Really easy to follow. Cheers, Ray
