Day 3/30 ...Leg day
Went to the gym and decided to work lower body today with some abs thrown in.
5min on ellip
walking lunges (sngl/sing with twist/10b dbls)
leg press mach 12X 90/140/190
leg ext 3 sets of 12X50lbs(sngl/sngl/dbl)+8dbl
leg curls(prone) 12X50/60/50
SL DL's 12X 45/65/85
Abductor machine 12X50/60/70
standing calf raises 12X 60/80/100lb
3X12 pushups --really good form (;
30s ab bridge
oblique and straight crunches
leg lifts
5min cooldown on ellip
lot's of stretching
This was a longer than usual workout because I needed to hang around for a physio appt. Great leg workout though!
Nutrition:
eggs/salsa
yogurt/berries
workout
zone bar (knew it was going to be awhile before I could have lunch)
chicken breast/coleslaw/red pepper
almonds
Not sure what's for dinner-probably chicken breast/sweet pot/veggies.
Extra Activities:
Nothing tonight...getting hair cut, don't expect to work up much of a sweat-unless the @$#% things up!
