Day 22/30 still hanging in there.....
Can't say it was a stellar weekend, but all in all I was pretty good. Did my usual 6km run with my running buddy on Sat. and went for a 6km walk with my daughter on Sunday. Diet wasn't as good as I'd like. Hubby got home and we went out for a few pints. Sunday my youngest wanted to make dessert for everyone and settled on cheesecake. Well, I couldn't offend her by not having any, so I had a small slice...OMG was it ever good!!! Now I have 3/4 of a cheesecake sitting in my fridge calling out my name.....I will resist temptation!!
Back to the gym today for resistance workout. Went without a plan so just kind of winged it.
5min run on treadmill (warm up pace of 4.3mph)
3X15 push ups (head up, boy that makes them tougher!)
leg press : 15X90/12X160/12X180/12X200
HS chest press: 12X46/12X46/12X56
Wide lat pd: 12X50/60/70
SL DL's with BB: 12X45(bar only)/65lbs/85lbs
2X12 back extensions
That was it. I must have been moving slowly because I ran out of time, although I threw in an extra rep on a couple so maybe that slowed me down.

vit/fish oil/calcium supps
egg subs on multigrain toast(small thin yummy bread I get from a bakery)
FF yogurt, berries
pork tenderloin, coleslaw (vinaigrette)
oatmeal, prot supp
salmon, mango salsa
cc, berries (or maybe some cheesecake...no...not cheesecake!!!)
Other Activity:
Pilate's class this evening.
