Plate loaded ham string culr 90x10 100x10 115x10
Leg ext 80x12 120x10 130x10 150x10
BBcurls 75x10 85x10 95x10 105x5
Db curls 25x10 30x10 35x10 40x10
Hammer curls 35x10 40x10 45x8 50x4

Highlights: Felt good with the 265 as my last set...will drop reps and add weight next time. Then the week after will add reps and drop weight. 3rd week out will be a max attempt.
Lowlights: legs feel fine no soreness or any weakness..................yet!

    I am not sure if you know what a max is? A max lift is the absolute most weight you can get for one rep. That is say you are doing a squat of 250 for 10 reps your max maybe say 325. That 325 is the most you can lift for one rep. So if you say you are lifting at you max all you numbers would be for one rep.

    Then am I missing somthing? Whats the philosophy behind working this far under your max? Following yours and others advice here I've been lifting at max.

    No it is not near my max. I believe my max is somewhere near 350-375....
