Day 2 First day of Weights

Medic! I need a medic! lol..... Seriously... I actually felt really well. I worked my abs, back, and shoulders. Not gonna get too detailed on exact reps here, but it went well, and my back is still cooperating. Which is awesome! Long story short I did 9 sets each of abs, back, and shoulders, for 27 total sets. Tomorrow, it's back to the ER. :) I mean cardio, and running.
