Day 13 Back and biceps

Like I stated i did as many sets of chins going one notch lighter each set till all I could get was 1 rep. I managed 4 sets LOL I thought I would get more.
Bent rows 185x10 195x19 205x10(very tight and controlled reps)
Deadlifts 225x10 275x10 295x9 315x9
Did a varaition of the lat pull down used a handles that has your palms facing each other looks like a triangle.
80x10(to get the feel) 130x10 150x10 160x10

BBcurls 75x10 85x10 95x10
Dbbells curls done at the same time 35x10 40x10 45x10
Preacher Curls 20x10 25x10

Highlights DL 315x9!!!!! I feel so sore more so than usual. I think the Dl going for more reps and the chins plus the new pull down combined to hit the back harder than it is used to.
Lowlights 8 sets of Bi usualy hit 14

    Mutt, i looked at the versa grip but couldn't tell exactly what they do. Are they about the same as gloves or is there more to it than that??
