Day 1

Current weight = 143lbs

I did every excercise on my plan except 1 due to not having the proper equipment.

Abs:
Curnches 3 reps of 15
Twisting Crunches (Kill me) 3 reps of 15
Leg raises 3 reps of 15

The twisting crunches can die and go where the sun don't shine. I was struggling hard core with these. 

Back:
I couldn't do the wide grip machine pulldowns or any of the alternative ones, so I need to figure out something to do besides this.
One arm dumbell rows 15, 12, 10
Dumbell Shrugs 15, 12, 10

I feel like I did these correctly, but I also feel I could have done them better. I need to get someone to watch me do them so I know for sure. I guess we will see how I fully feel tomorrow morning. 

Can't wait to see how this journey continues bettering myself.

    Thanks for the suggestion! I will do those next time that workout comes back around.

    Great Workout!! Good to have you at Freetrainers. One alternative to the wide grip pull downs would be pull ups or chin ups. Not sure if you have a place to do those.
