Day 1

So the planned run at 6:00am did not go as planned.  No matter how hard I tried I could not get my lazy self out of bed.  I did however manage to pull myself out of bed in time to go at 7am.  It was before breakfast (which I have heard helps, not sure if anyone can validate this for me?) and it was hard.  Having not ran for a long time my muscles were not upto scratch.

Breakfast consisted of Bread and Jam, lunch an assortment of prepared food from M&S and tea some bread and Pesto.  I don't think eating as much bread as I do is healthy but bread with pesto on is so wuick and easy and involves no prep at all.  Anyone know anything just as easy and tasty please help me out.

Walked a lot and spent the rest of the day studying for my exam on Wednesday.  Not an active lifestyle I lead at all.  Shame really.

Well hopefully I can get up earlier tomorrow for my run.

Wish me luck

Workout when its best for you, be it 6 a.m. or 11 p.m. I usually get up have a lite breakfast, cream of wheat, fruit and a piece of toast and then do a 20-45 min. yoga or core conditioning. I do my heavy workouts in the evening. It works for me. So I suggest you do what works the best for you and make sure you have fun. Good luck!
