Day 1

Today i started the home workout. I though i was in ok shape until i started and then my arms and legs wanted to quit but i kept going.. Feeling kinda tired since i've finished the workout but i am going to try n do it 5 days a week til juy 28. Lets hope i can keep motivated

    You can do it!! Focus on your goal and just imagine how awesome you'll look for the wedding!
