Ok first leg work out since well may I think.
Warm up 2 sets leg ext 50x12
Squats 45x10 115x10 (warm up) 135x10 145x10 155x10
leg ext 50x10 60x10 70x10
Ham string curls 50x10 60x10 70x10
Kickbacks 20x10 25x10 30x10
behind the head dumbbell presses 70x10 70x10 75x8
Skullkrushers 60x10 80x10

Highlights:squats Nuff said
Lowlights: first leg workout in a long time!

    sorry, I misread, and thought you'd put your squats as your lowlights. Highlights makes more sense.....Feel free to delete my ramblings, I think I need more coffee.
