Anyhoo... here's today:
Warm up for five minutes on eliptical
Norsk Pull Downs: 80lbsx10/90lbsx10
Lat Pull Downs (Wide Grip): 10px10/9px10 (I dropped the weight to keep the form)
Low Cable Seated Row: 9px10/10px10
DBSLDL: 40lbsx10/50lbsx10
Shrugs: 40lbsx10/50lbsx10
Inv Squats: 240lbsx10/240lbsx11 (decided to give 'er a go on the last one.. whew)
Ball Rolls: 15x2
Tricep Kick Backs (On the ball): 12lbsx10/15lbsx10
Tricep Rope Pull Downs: 17.5kgx10/17.5kgx10
Dips: 10lbsx10/10lbsx10
Crunches: 20x2
Core Stability stuff: 15x2
