Climbing back out of the hole...

Okay, I am in the middle of a six-week reconditioning program. I am back to walking the furry cardio king every morning for 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.

Usually I lift M/Th and do cardio Tues/Fri/Saturday Rest Wed/Sun. This week i was sick on Monday 9still walked the dog, so i lifted today.

Warm-up 5 Minutes
Upright rows w/dumbbells 12'sX 24reps, 15'sX 22 reps superset with lunges 10'sX24, 15'sX15
Military press (dumbbells) 15's X 24 reps, 20's X 20 reps superset with leg extension 27.5X24, 30X24
Lat pul down 50X24, 60X24
superset with seated leg curls 30X24, 32.5X24
back extension 3X20, 3X15
superset with calf raises 50X24, 25X24
DB bench press 25's X 24reps, 25's X24 reps
superset with Incline bicep curls 8's X24, 10's X24
Triceps press down 15 X24, 15X24
superset with wrist curls 10'sX24, 12'sX24 and reverse wrist curls 8X24, 8X24

Stretched out.
Feels like my muscles are starting to wake up and work together again.
