Circuit routine today
First time at my new circuit routine on my own. Had a hard time fitting everything in, in 1hr, so I had to cut 1 superset of incline bench/seated row. Still getting used to squats without the smith, but I'll get there!
the routine is superset push/pull with 2min active rest between.
4min on treadmill
3X
squats 15*45 / walking lunges
2min ellip
3X
hammer bench 20*36 / wide lat pulls 20*40/50/60lbs
2min stepper
3X lying hamstring curls 20*35/40/50lbs / leg ext with lift20*10
2min stepper
3min cooldown on treadmill followed by stretching
Have to work on speeding up this workout, took me 70min.
