Thoughts: I was really trying to focus today. I have a lot on my mind in the last two days which is essentially pretty important. So I was really trying to push/pull/lift/press more. It sorta worked. Never completely cleared my mind, nor did it answer any questions. But at least I build muscle. I hope.
