Today was chest/shoulders/triceps
Warm up for five minutes on recumbent
Smith Incline: 10x65lbs/10x85lbs/8x115lbs/5x120lbs
DB Flat Bench Press: 10x20lbs/10x25lbs/8x35lbs/8x40lbs
Machine Press: 10x8p/8x10p/8x12p/8x14p
Incline Bench Lat Raise: 10x5lbs/10x8lbs/8x10lbs/6x12lbs
Standing Lat Raise: 10x8lbs/10x8lbs/8x10lbs/8x12lbs
Close Grip Press: 10x45lbs/8x55lbs/6x75lbs/6x85lbs
Seated OH BB Xtns: 10x35lbs/8x45lbs/6x55lbs/5x55lbs
Hanging Oblique Tucks: 10/10
Ball Straight Crunch: 10/10
Overall, felt good today... really felt the shoulders with the Bench Lat Raises.
Tried a couple of dips at the end... well, okay, one dip... well, okay... didn't get one done... whew... I'll have to give those a whirl a little more often...
