Chest/Shoulders/Abs

Final evaluation tomorrow, and I was about done with the fitness challenges in the fall because the team I was on had a million and one excuses as to why they couldn't finish... really ticked me off... so, I said 'ditch the team' and do it alone... but, even then I don't think I was in it 100%... I felt about midway through I was doing more 'maintenance' than anything else... did quick check on my bodyfat today and it shows... that could likely be because of my diet which has been a little less than stellar... although, I don't eat anywhere near as much junk as I used to, I just have to keep a closer eye on it.

So, after I'm finished the eight week routine I'm currently on (just started week four), I'm going to reevaluate and go at it again with a different attitude... take a couple weeks off and then get back at it...

That being said, here's what I did today:

Chest/Shoulders/Abs

DB Incline Presses: 10x15lbs/10x20lbs/8x30lbs/8x40lbs
BB Flat Bench Presses: 10x60lbs/10x80lbs/8x100lbs/6x120lbs
Military Press: 10x40lbs/10x50lbs/8x60lbs/6x80lbs
Seated DB Press: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/10x15lbs/8x15lbs
Standing Lat Raises: 10x10lbs/10x10lbs/8x15lbs/615lbs
Front Kicks: 10/10
Crunches: 10/10

I was supposed to tricep work today, too, but (here's the excuse), the final evaluation tomorrow has some tricep stuff in it, so I didn't want to burn 'em out today.
