Chest/Obliques

Ok, had no spot today, so had to be a bit conservative with my lifting, so I changed things up a bit, not quite as heavy, which is probably good after my leg day yesterday, and just for recouperation time.

Chest

Incline dumbbells supersetted with lighter incline dumbbells(stretching for 30 sec. inbetween each set. This is a great thing to do, fascia stretching.)
(warmup)...30x12,30x10,55x5
Sets....75x6,80x3,70x5/40x10,40x9,40x8

Decline benches supersetted with dips/no weight
(warmup)...185x5
Sets...225x3,225x4,225x4/10,10

Flat dumbbell benches supersetted with flatt bench flies
(warmup)...70x5
Sets...85x6,90x4,95x4/40x10,45x7,45x7

Dumbell pullovers
Sets....85x10,85x10,85x9

Remember, did intense stretching between each and every superset, so it was a pretty intense workout all in all.


Obliques(did abs Thursday, so it was a bit early to hit abs hard again. I will do them Tuesday on arm day again)
Sets...95x10,110x10,110x10 supersetted with leg raises

    Forgot to mention, reached my 3rd week goal, another 1 lb. loss. Things are proceeding perfectly so far. 3 weeks, 3 lb. loss.
